2、Within the warranty, any breakdown caused by construction or product quality will be our responsibility
3、After the warranty, our company will follow up semi-annually.
4、Our company owns equipment factory, material factory, which could provided all kinds of good quality accessories and equipment to the hospital, to ensure the normal operation of the hospital.
5、Our company has over 40 professional engineers in Guangdong, they have been long-term engaged in the hospital's clean surgery department, ICU, supply room, laboratory and other clean project design, installation and management. We promise to solve technical problems with 24 hours.
▍ Maintenance services
Regular maintenance services within the warranty：
Once every three months inspection, free to provide the following services：
1、System operation situation return visit;
2、Clean air conditioning system detection (cleanliness, pressure, temperature and humidity control System, etc.)
3、Indoor lighting brightness inspection;
4、Medical gas terminal inspection;
5、Fire valve inspection.
Maintenance training：
Backbone will stay in the hospital for the first three month in order to solve any problems when operating, we also provided at least seven days of free hands-on training and maintenance training (including emergency treatment, emergency plans, etc.) until the hospital well know the full set of equipment operation.
Emergency repair service：
1、Response within one hour;
2、Engineers arrive with three hours of the noticed;
3、Normal accessories arrive with three hours of the noticed;
4、Within the warranty, our company provided brand new accessories from the original factory and services for free.
The vulnerability of spare parts should be greater than three percent of the number of all equipment
